I had the pleasure of having a Poolside Reflexology Treatment by Michelle a week ago while vacationing back home in London, ON....WOW...I have to say that I had never had this done before. I have a small amount of stress in my life which seemed to be causing me alot of pain in my shoulders and back. Michelle was able to totally blow me away by explaining what she would do to me during our treatment. I have not nesessarily been a believer in alternative medicine in the past and definitely never would have thought that through my feet, Michelle would be able to tell me so much about my body, and my pain...I was truly amazed.
What I found the most amazing was her voice right away. As she soflty explained to me before and during the treatment to explain various things etc...Just her voice alone was so calming that It must have lowered my blood pressure.
I am officially a believer, Michelle is an amazing healer...I am only sad that I am so far away that I will not be able to see her more often!

I have had many reflexology treatments by Michelle. I currently suffer from a chronic illness and sleep trouble. After each treatment I felt very relaxed and calm. Michelle has truly helped me with her reflexology treatments. I have had reflexology treatments from other people but Michelle made a difference. I was visiting the Squamish area for a period of time and I was suffering from four main problems - sore knees, gout in my right toe, digestion and difficulty in sleeping. During my first treatment I could not realize how relaxed I was. Michelle was able to detect areas where I was having tenderness. It was hard to believe she can feel this in your foot and how it corresponds with other parts of the body. The pressure Michelle applies is excellent - not too hard but not too soft.That evening I felt so good and slept like a baby. I have had numerous treatments from Michelle and my problems are no longer problems. I have increased energy,pain is gone, digestion has improved and sleep patterns have improved. She applies pressure to specific points and explains what she detects about areas/'sore spots' and works on them to remove blockages. I have noticed during my treatments that areas of my concern were regulating some of my hormonal functions, physical and emotional tension, even some of my organs and glands. Michelle was very patient with my questions and gracious in answering my many tedious questions. She was extremely knowledgeable. I am also happy to say that I noticed a few unexpected surprises after receiving the reflexology treatments.

I love my reflexology treatments from Michelle. Having two young children, it is extremely hard to get time to relax and in Michelle's professional hands I am able to completely unwind. Not only am I able to have a completely serene hour of treatment but I actually became noticeably energized a few days later. I have struggled with undiagnosed chronic fatigue for quite some time and since my first treatment which is months ago, my symptoms are almost non existent.
